The next Quarterly
Meeting of the Bird Conservation Network will be
held April 10th at Camp Sagawau in the Palos section
of the Cook County Forest Preserves, 12545 West
111th Street, Lemont, IL 60439. Phone 630-257-2045.
PLEASE MAKE A SPECIAL NOTE:
The meeting will begin at 12:00 pm and end at 3:00
pm (not 1pm to 4pm).
This is necessary because Camp Sagawau closes at 3pm.

any additions or corrections at the meeting.
WATERFALL GLEN BIRD WALK - 7AM
Bob Fisher has offered to lead a bird walk at Waterfall Glen, early in the
morning before the meeting. Pileated Woodpeckers and Barred Owls would be the target species. Bob plans to start at 7AM. If you're interested, get in touch with Bob directly at bfisher928@aol.com.
Camp Sagawau is located 100 yards east of Archer
Ave., just off Rt. 83 near Lemont, Illinois. Coming
from the south and east, take I-55 and exit Rte. 83,
Kingery Blvd., south. Proceed to Archer Avenue and
turn left to enter the Camp Sagawau gate. Park
in the large front lot and walk up the road to the
