Chicago
Region Birding Trail - Draft:
BCN is working with the Chicago
Department of the Environment to produce a birding trail map for
the Chicago area. While the map is in production, feel free to
use the map info when planning your birding trips.

Chicagoland
Important Bird Areas:
On October 6, 48 Illinois IBAs were
announced. Some of the top sites for many of our state's Bird
Species of Conservation Concern, and for concentrations of
waterfowl, raptors, wading birds, shorebirds and wintering birds
were selected.
