Here is the next field trip of the DuPage Birding Club:
On Sunday, March 16th, join Peter Kasper in a search for waterfowl at Fermilab. Meet at 8am at the bird feeders across from the Education Center on Pine St. on the west side. If time and water conditions permit, we'll also check McKee Marsh.
The next meeting of the DuPage Birding Club will be on March 13th.
It will be the club's annual auction. Please join us at the earlier time of 7:00pm. Come prepared to add a new feeder to your collection, find that rare book on birding the marshes of southern North Dakota, sign up for a field trip adventure, bid on original artwork, covet marginally useful birding bric-a-brac, or just get the competitive bidding juices flowing.
Donations by all members are encouraged. Please bring any last minute additions by 6:30pm. Don't forget your checkbook!
Our new location is First Church of Lombard on 220 South Main Street in Lombard. Main Street is east of Finley Road and west of Highland Avenue. The church is one mile north of Roosevelt Road on the west side of the street.
Please note these special parking instructions: The church requests that we park at the commuter parking lot 1 block west of the intersection of Main and Maple. Maple is 1/2 block north of the church. The more convenient front door of the church will be open.
