Forster's Terns are usually seen on mudflats along edges of marshes and lakes.  They are most often observed at Value City Marsh, FermiLab, and Nelson Lake.  They are uncommon during post breeding season and rare to extremely rare during other seasons in the year.  In the second photo the larger birds in back are Caspian Terns and the small birds in front are Forster's Terns.  The birds on the left are both juveniles and the birds on the right are both adults.
